Grant was very sad to see summer end, but he was also excited for school to start! I cant beleive he is in second grade already!

Grayson 1 year (almost) pictures

Are you ready for a cuteness overload? Cause I have to say, these pictures of my little man are just about the cutest thing ever! I want to be able to display some of these pictures at his party and I am including one in the party invite, so we had them done with plenty of time to do those things. It is just my luck that the day we had these taken he was totally off his schedule and was so tired, sowe really had to work for some of these smiles. Kristen is always so great though (I just love her) I think they turned out amazing, even though he was not a very happy boy. He did however LOVE his cake! At first he wasn't sure what to do with it. He has never had cake before, so it was all very new. My BFF Sara's mom made the cute diaper cover for me, which he looked so cute in while eating his cake! Grant was so ditraught that Grayson got to eat all that cake and he didnt. Well as you can see, he snuck in and got some for himself! Little stinker!

Oh and by the way, mass amounts of frosting is not easy to clean off. But we had so much fun doing this!

 This is so neat. I love that Kristen suggested this, because I just love it! It seems like just yesterday he was drowning in that tea cup.

The House That LOVE Built

Grayson's first trip to the ZOO

I have been wanting to take Grayson to the zoo all summer long, but just havent had the chance to go. So when Jared's mom invited us to go with all of the family I was excited!

 Here are my sweet boys!

 It was so blazing hot I had to keep going to the concession stand and asking them to put ice in Grayson's water.

 Grant sure does love his uncle Cody.

 My fave animals! (other than my children) And I am really excited for the polar bear exibit to be done!

Wasatch stampede

For the past 4 years, with the exception of last year we have gone to the Wasatch Stampede Rodeo with Brock and CJ. It has become a tradition for us and we were really excited to go this year because I was very pregnant last year and we werent able to go. We usually go up in the early afternoon and take Grant to the fair up there. This year it was not very impressive, but we made the best of it.

 Grant loves the ferris wheel but he always wants me to go on it with him and I dont mind going!

 He also loves the big slide and Jared always goes on that with him!

 Then we headed over to the dairy keen for shakes and it just so happened that the parade was going on right in front of the dairy keen. So we went out front with our shakes and sat in the shade to watch the parade!

 Grant was so excited to go to the rodeo, as was I. I love the rodeo! Secretly I dream of being rodeo royalty! LOL
